There are times in life where it can feel really difficult to just think clearly, amongst the confusion of what may be happening to you. There may be fear mixed with that confusion and possibly anger, a whole host of emotion that just seems to blur into one or on the other hand a complete lack of feeling for no apparent reason. Within a counselling session I offer support in a safe, relaxed and comfortable space, for you to explore those thoughts and feelings. Somewhere to help unravel the confusion or discuss any issue, working at your pace. Somewhere to just be yourself, be accepted as such and to be listened to and feel completely heard.

If you need someone to talk to or are feeling isolated, counselling may be a way forward for you. Talking with a counsellor is an opportunity to look at whats going on for you, how your past may be impacting on you now and how to explore your issues in a safe environment. We can look at coping strategies together and find ways to make your life work for you. Sessions are normally 50 mins and my cost is negotiable. I work from home but may consider home visits.
